He has extensive physical security experience from 7+ years as a consultant and 30 years working in the London Met Police and UK Government Security Services where he was instrumental in developing crime, terrorism and activism prevention strategies for Canary Wharf, London’s South Bank district and many other high profile and iconic projects within London. This has given Damian a wealth of knowledge across multiple business sectors and unique insight into making businesses more secure & resilient.

Andy Williams
Andy is an expert in Enterprise Security Risk Management security strategy operations, design and risk assessment.
Initially with the London Met Police, he has 25 + years of corporate security and consulting experience and has developed security initiatives with the UK Government, EU and UN organisations. He also has extensive international experience especially within Africa, Middle East and Europe and specialises in hospitality, public/private realm, travel security and counter-terrorism sectors.
Andy is also a Member of the Global Board ASIS International, Chairman of the Board ASIS Europe and a CPP for 25+ years
Lead International Consultant
Priyesh Singh
Priyesh is an expert in technical security design, delivery of integrated security systems across all environments and the Lead International Consultant for Crilly Security Consulting.
He is highly skilled in developing vendor-neutral security designs that are practical to install, scalable, and effective in real-world site conditions. Proven experience in surveying, evaluation, and facility protection, including counter-terrorism considerations and crime prevention through design.
Based in Nairobi and focusing on UAE, GCC, Middle East and Africa markets, Priyesh is a Certified Security Management Professional, and holds both an MBA in International Business and M.Sc. in Electronics, Digital Communication & Fiber Optics with over 25 years of experience in his field.

Mark Roberts spent over 20 years in law enforcement and counter terrorism roles worldwide as a British Army Officer. After a further 6 years security with the UAE Government, he spent 2 years as a Corporate Security Director operating across the Middle East, before becoming a consultant specialising in physical security solutions and security training.

This includes 14 years as Metropolitan Police Special Branch/SO15 Counter Terrorism Command office and following a successful police career, a security company Director.
